We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience to drive our digital presence and support growth.
PurposeThe Digital Marketing Executive will own and manage the Fintua corporate website and all associated digital channels. This role plans, executes, and optimises digital marketing campaigns—including website management, SEO, PPC, email and paid media—to drive lead generation and brand awareness. You will independently run PPC campaigns, own tracking and reporting, and demonstrate proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, running campaigns both natively and in collaboration with agencies. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure all digital activity is aligned with business objectives and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
Own the ongoing development, optimisation, and performance of the Fintua website (WordPress), including building new pages, updating content (in collaboration with the Content Marketing Manager) and enhancing functionality.
Manage website content in collaboration with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation and other teams, ensuring messaging is current and campaign-aligned. Develop and execute a website traffic growth plan, set and monitor KPIs, and optimise for SEO and user experience. Maintain consistent, engaging brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. Oversee the company resource centre, newsletter and regular website updates.
Develop and execute strategies for all digital channels, including Paid Social Media (LinkedIn, etc.) and Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) with independent PPC campaign management.
Oversee software review sites (G2, Capterra, SourceForge) and SEO/SEM (keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, supporting Content Marketing Manager) and Email marketing (nurture campaigns, newsletters).
Create and maintain a digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely and relevant campaign execution including brand awareness, lead generation and retargeting campaigns.
Digital Campaign Management
Support Demand Generation campaign strategy with landing page creation, email design, and content promotion.
Optimise website content and user journeys to maximise inbound leads and demo requests.
Collaborate with SEO agencies and partners to amplify content and improve search rankings.
Collaborate with Sales and Client Management Teams to run Account Based Marketing campaigns.
Analytics, Tracking, ROI & Reporting; own the tracking and reporting of all digital marketing activities, ensuring robust measurement of campaign performance and ROI. Manage analytics tools with advanced proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Set up and maintain tracking for all digital campaigns, ensuring accurate attribution and actionable insights.
Use insights to continuously improve campaigns and digital presence.
Advisory & Evangelism: Advise marketing and go-to-market teams on the best digital channels and tactics to achieve MQL and pipeline goals.
Act as a digital evangelist, keeping the team updated on the latest industry trends, Google updates, and best practices.
The skills that you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Demonstrable experience managing websites (WordPress preferred), SEO/SEM, paid search, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Proven ability to independently run and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing), both natively and with agencies.
Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Proficient with additional web analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and digital advertising best practices.
Highly creative, analytical and results-driven, with a proven ability to generate and optimise inbound leads.
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing for campaign optimisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and technologies.
