Production Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our client's team in Co. Clare, Ireland.
The Role:
Provide leadership and direction to one or more production areas, driving all production metrics to excellence and updating associated visual communication charts as required.
Hold regular communications meetings with employees, contributing to annual employee appraisals and providing daily feedback on performance.
Support the training and development of production operators, collaborating with Engineering and Quality to identify and implement productivity improvement programs.
Requirements:
* Relevant Third Level Diploma/Degree
* Minimum 4 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong people and communication skills
