Role Responsibilities
* Manage estimating projects as directed by Commercial Director and Senior Estimator
* Prepare a list of preferred and targeted subcontractors and subcontractor tracker sheet
* Ensure tender packages are sent to key subcontractors
* Review all tender documents and to ensure accurate estimate
* Investigate alternative material suppliers equal or equivalent
* Ensure subcontractors are contacted to return price
* Ensure all subbie tender RFI's are sent to DT and answers circulated to all subcontractors
* Analysis of key subcontractor packages
* Prepare Value Engineering list
* Identify Margin improvement opportunities
* Final Tender Summary Review / Margin analysis for review by Commercial Director
* Prepare final Form Of Tender / BOQ Summary documents for tender submission
Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Trade background preferable
* 3 Years+ experience as an Estimator.
* Strong communication and IT experience
