How You'll Make a Difference
1. Identify and engage high-potential companies that can benefit from our platform.
2. Collaborate with experienced SMB Account Executives to create and execute prospecting strategies that generate quality opportunities.
3. Develop, test, and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas.
4. Contribute insights, learnings, and best practices to strengthen the Outbound process.
5. Uphold our core values of accountability, effort, and collaboration in everything you do.
Who You Are
6. 1+ years of experience in sales, ideally in an inbound or outbound BDR role within SaaS or Marketing Technology.
7. Fluent in German (written and spoken), with strong English communication skills.
8. Highly motivated by targets and driven to exceed goals.
9. Energetic, self-aware, and proactive with a genuine passion for growth.
10. Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
