Role Overview

The Online Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing professional, timely, and accurate support to customers through digital communication channels. This role ensures customer inquiries are handled efficiently while maintaining a positive and consistent service experience. It is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, patient, and comfortable working in an online service environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Respond to customer inquiries via online platforms such as chat, email, and support systems.


• Provide clear and accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures.


• Assist customers with account questions, order status updates, and basic troubleshooting.


• Resolve standard service issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.


• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate service records.


• Follow service guidelines, communication standards, and response-time targets.


• Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining service quality.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.


• Capture customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
