Field Service Sales Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves expanding our service and maintenance client base by promoting long-term Service Level Agreements (SLAs), inspections, and ongoing compliance solutions to new and existing clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and ensure margin-positive solutions
* Identify and pursue opportunities within target sectors: healthcare, hospitality, pharma, education, commercial, and government
* Develop a sales strategy to maximise pipeline conversion and cross-selling potential
* Leverage commercial acumen to deliver value-driven solutions
* Collaborate with regional sales colleagues to capitalise on joint opportunities
* Follow up on all assigned leads with professionalism and urgency
* Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on our full service offering
* Build awareness of competitors to clearly articulate the division's competitive advantage
* Maintain and grow your own book of accounts with weekly client visits and development activity across the region
* Work closely with marketing to align on key messaging and lead generation
* Support line managers in tracking KPIs and identifying new business opportunities
* Cross-sell the broader portfolio of technical services and solutions offered by the group
About You:
* 3-4 years' experience in field-based sales, ideally with a focus on service or compliance solutions
* Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong understanding of or network in sectors such as: Hospitality, Facilities Management, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, County Councils or Government
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Commercially astute with a customer-first approach
* Highly organised and self-directed, with a proactive and professional manner
