We're looking for a proactive
HR Administrator
to join our HR Operations team. You'll provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, ensuring smooth administration across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as first point of contact for HR queries.
* Manage onboarding, employee changes, and leavers.
* Maintain HR systems (e.g., PeopleXD, Appraisd) and ensure compliance.
* Support absence management, payroll notifications, and reporting.
* Assist with recruitment, graduate programmes, and induction.
* Coordinate engagement, wellbeing, and HR communications.
About You
* HR qualification (Level 7 or above) + 2 years' HR experience.
* Strong IT and HR systems skills.
* CIPD member (or working towards).
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills.
