Quality Assurance Leader Role
This is a challenging leadership position for a Quality Assurance Manager who can drive quality excellence and improve business results.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for delivering quality objectives, ensuring compliance to regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
* Lead a dedicated team in quality assurance and ensure effective control of product and process deviations.
* Participate in ensuring site(s) maintains continued certification to all regulatory bodies.
* Play a lead role in internal and external audit programs, including corporate, notified body, and FDA audits.
* Develop and implement strategies for quality improvement initiatives and oversee their implementation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Science discipline or equivalent.
* Business Management or MBA is an advantage.
* Minimum of 6 years experience in a Medical, Pharmaceutical, Bio-Medical/Pharma, Automotive or regulated manufacturing environment.
* Proven track record of successfully creating and managing a talented team.
* Expert working knowledge of regulatory requirements, standards and regulations.
* Ability to make timely and sound decisions.
