Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Analyst. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize business performance. This role involves analyzing key metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and working with various departments to streamline operations. The Operations Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that operational goals are met, provide data-driven insights for decision-making, and support the development of strategies to improve the company's overall effectiveness and productivity.QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve business operationsProficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze and visualize operational dataExperience in tracking and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize operational performanceSolid understanding of business processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunitiesFamiliarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is a plusStrong attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies or bottlenecks in operational workflowsExcellent communication skills to present data and operational insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively with different departments to implement operational changes and process improvementsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience with ERP systems, CRM systems, or other enterprise software is an advantageFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira ) is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in an operations analysis or business operations role is highly desirable
