About a Key Role in Sales Leadership
We are seeking an ambitious sales leader to spearhead our growth strategy across multiple territories. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our vision for the Construction and Material Handling sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead High-Performing Sales Teams: Mentor and support Sales Managers, oversee recruitment, training, and performance management across multidisciplinary teams.
* Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Conduct route-to-market analysis, streamline sales operations, and manage key accounts to achieve growth targets.
* Drive Operational Excellence and Customer Service: Enhance CRM performance, optimize sales pipelines, and improve internal sales processes.
* Manage Pricing and Market Strategy: Deliver sustainable margin growth while providing critical market insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Lead Business Development Initiatives: Identify and acquire new customers, expand into new territories, and commercialize innovative products.
* Champion Brand and Marketing Initiatives: Drive lead generation, create marketing collateral, and pursue PR opportunities and industry recognition.
* Ensure Effective Stakeholder Management: Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, and manage reporting responsibilities.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of international Sales Management experience: Preferably in omni-channel sales with a proven record of performance.
* 7+ years of Sales/Marketing experience: Online sales experience is advantageous.
* Degree in Business or equivalent.
* Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholders.
* Advanced negotiation and decision-making skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
