Site Coordinator
Job Overview
This is a hands‑on coordination role acting as the key link between internal users, external IT support providers, and facilities contractors. You will ensure systems, equipment, and site operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The role is well suited to someone who is methodical, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Strong technical IT expertise is not required. A practical mindset, willingness to learn, and good problem‑solving skills are most important.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day IT and site support activities across multiple Irish locations
Provide practical, hands‑on assistance to users experiencing common IT issues (devices, access, connectivity, etc.)
Prepare, configure, and deploy end‑user equipment such as laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
Coordinate with external service providers and contractors to ensure timely resolution of IT‑related issues
Support general upkeep and smooth operation of site facilities and associated equipment
Log and track issues, actions taken, and resolutions to maintain clear operational records
Travel between company sites in Ireland as operational needs require
About You
Organised, methodical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable using IT equipment including laptops, smartphones, and tablets
Able to troubleshoot basic IT and connectivity issues
Quick to learn new systems and interested in technology
Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
