Job Responsibilities:
* Greet all customers with professionalism and courtesy.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, fleet providers, and manufacturers.
* Perform vehicle damage assessments and create detailed repair cost estimates.
* Prepare accurate damage reports efficiently.
* Assist in managing shop production costs and workflow.
* Collaborate with the General Manager on daily tasks and dispatches using computerized systems.
* Provide support and assistance to employees as needed.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Collision Center or Auto Body Shop (preferred).
* Prior automotive body shop estimating or insurance adjusting experience is required.
* Strong understanding of the collision repair process.
* Ability to handle high volumes and work under pressure.
* Experience maintaining a fast-paced workflow in a collision shop.
* Proficiency with collision management software (preferred).
* Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
