Job Title: Retail Supervisor - SOS Cookies, Dundrum
Job Description:
SOS Cookies is currently seeking a vibrant Retail Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sales, outgoing, loves cookies, works well in a team environment, and ideally has experience in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
● Monitor and maintain inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and ensure timely deliveries of products and supplies.
● Assist in restocking products, organizing inventory, and keeping track of stock levels.
● Assist with hiring and oversee schedules for your location.
● Generate weekly productivity reports for management review.
● Ensure store cleanliness, display presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
● Collaborating with and working with the team to ensure utmost best in class procedures and practices are adhered to.
● Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
● Developing a sense of regular feedback from the team and customers on new products. As well as feedback on existing products.
● Facilitate clear communication between team and management to ensure alignment on company goals.
● Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with inquiries, and offer product recommendations to drive sales.
● Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
●Actively participate in promotional activities and upselling strategies to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a store supervisor in retail, hospitality, or food service industry.
● Strong leadership and people management skills.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Positive attitude and team spirit.
● Sales-driven individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
● Outgoing personality with a love for cookies and a willingness to promote our products enthusiastically.
● Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
● Ideally, some experience in the food industry or a similar retail environment.
● Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
