Junior / Graduate Engineer
who has mechanical or electrical degree that wants to be more than just a calculation-checker. We are looking for a
Solutionist.
While your degree says "Engineer," your role here is to be a technical engine for our commercial team. Reporting directly to the
Senior Sales Manager
, you will be mentored by industry veterans including our
Managing Director
to bridge the gap between complex engineering hardware and real-world industrial success.
The Drill Down: What a Solutionist Actually Does
This is a hybrid role for someone who likes variety and hates being bored. Provided you demonstrate competence and positive collaboration with senior leadership you will "own" your desk and your projects by:
* Commercial Technical Support:
Partnering with the Senior Sales Manager to provide the technical "proof" for our quotes and tenders. You ensure that what we sell is exactly what the client needs to stay operational.
* The Troubleshooting Lead:
When a client's production line is down or a sensor is giving ghost readings, you are the person who diagnoses the fault. You find the path to "fixed," not just the path to "finished."
* Site Impact & Commissioning:
You won't be stuck in an office. You will visit Ireland's premier Construction, Pharma, Food & Beverage, and Data Centre sites to help optimize their instrumentation & controls needs.
* Full-Cycle Project Care:
From sourcing specialized brands like Dwyer and Afriso to ensuring the final calibration is perfect, you act as the technical guardian of the client relationship.
