Your Role Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.

Who You Are2+ years' experience in insurance sales (broker, agent, or consultative sales role)Results-driven and motivated by commission, thriving in high-performance sales environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree or third-level education is a plus EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday Total Compensation (Average Performer)Year 1: €45,000+Year 2: €63,000+Base salary: DOECommission: Uncapped, unlimited earning potential Top performers earn significantly above these figures Location: Dublin (on-site, full-time)Eligibility: Open to EU citizens and Stamp 4 visa holders only.
