As the Driver Coordinator you will be managing and coordinating the daily operations of the Delivery Driver team and overseeing route planning to ensure that our customers receive their orders correctly and within a timely manner. Main Responsibilities:
* Managing the efficient route planning for all customer deliveries
* Ensure the correct parts are delivered to the customer every time
* Maintaining the company fleet through regular checks and services
* Maintain clear communication between key stakeholders
* Team leading responsibility for a team of Delivery Drivers
* Engage and motivate colleagues through recruitment, onboarding and personal development opportunities
* Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fantastic communication skills
* Ability to develop customer relationships
* Full Relevant Driving license
* High levels of focus, energy, and motivation
* Flexibility with day to day tasks to best support the branch
* Consistently delivering best-in-class service to achieve the best customer experience
