Accounts Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic professional to fill the Accounts Administrator position.
* New staff statutory checks must be completed and an HR checklist submitted to designated personnel in accordance with established procedures.
* The EDPs/probation reviews schedule is maintained; staff files, payroll schedules, and other relevant documents are kept up-to-date using TMS software systems.
A successful candidate will have prior experience in office administration preferably within a healthcare or nursing home setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary along with confidence when working standard office management systems such as word processing programs.
