About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for creating opportunities for further education, training, work placement or paid work with employers for young people with intellectual disabilities. Main Responsibilities: * To identify suitable job opportunities that meet the needs of individuals we support; * To develop relationships with local businesses and employers to create supported employment pathways; * To provide coaching and support to individuals in their workplace; * To monitor progress and outcomes, making adjustments as necessary; Requirements Fundamental Skills: 1.
