Job Title:
Technical Operations Coordinator

The Authority has several projects underway, one of which is to deliver contactless payments to transport services. The role requires coordination of the rollout of the contactless payments solution to transport services nationwide.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing release schedules for transport units regarding the project.
* Managing day-to-day operational support for the existing ticketing solution as needed.
* Working directly with engineers to coordinate the deployment of the contactless solution.
* Managing device repair/replacement processes for transport units and operators.
* Delivering training and support to bus drivers and staff.
Requirements:
* A degree qualification in a business or engineering discipline.
* Proven experience in IT hardware deployment and application support.
* Experience managing, monitoring, and meeting service level agreements and key performance indicators.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver training and support to a varied audience.
