The Job
As a key part of the accounts team & reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be tasked with duties ranging across all aspects of accounts administration & financial reporting in a fast paced, commercially focused office environment.
More specifically this will include running AP & AR/credit control invoicing activities, resolving customer as well as supplier queries & discrepancies, processing bank recs & cash flow analysis, updating budgets & forecasts, analysing credit risk on new accounts, supporting audit & compliance reporting, updating relevant month end close activities & supporting the Financial Controller in their ongoing duties & projects.
Your Skills & Experience that we need
3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline ideally
A further qualification such as Accounting Technician or similar, would be an advantage but is not essential.
3-4+ years’ relevant accounts support experience covering ideally both AP & AR.
Fully proficient with IT & reporting tools.
Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills.
The Offer
The role will be offered as a permanent position with starting salary depending on experience but expected to range approx. 40-45k.
This role will be initially fully office based in Co. Tipperary so applicants will ideally be already based in the region or willing to commute/relocate.
