Provide person-centred care to residents with intellectual disabilities.
* Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families to support residents' personal goals.
* Monitor and respond to ongoing health needs of residents.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Registration in the Intellectual Disability/Mental Health Division of the nursing register maintained by An Bord Altranais (INMB).
* Experience working in residential or day service settings with individuals with an intellectual disability.
* Knowledge of Person Centred Planning and National Disability Standards (HIQA).
