Lead Operational Excellence in a Fast-Paced Service Department
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to drive operational efficiency and lead our Aftersales team to success.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience in a busy Service Department, overseeing workflow, work in progress, and ensuring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership: Manage workflow, work in progress, and ensure operational targets are achieved.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with senior management and the Sales & Aftersales teams to achieve company objectives.
* Financial Acumen: Ensure all work is invoiced and warranty claims processed in a timely manner.
* Performance Optimization: Manage and report on technician productivity and efficiency.
