This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the financial management of their Ireland business while working in a collaborative, future-focused environment.
The Role As Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and project teams, ensuring robust financial governance while providing insights that drive growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, internal controls, and local regulatory requirements.
Act as the lead contact for statutory and internal audits.
Oversee VAT preparation, reconciliations, and group reporting obligations.
Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and forecasts.
Lead cashflow forecasting, budget, and long-term planning cycles.
Drive continuous improvements following ERP Oracle implementation.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Partner with the Managing Director and technical project teams to influence outcomes.
About You We are seeking a commercially minded, technically strong finance professional who enjoys building relationships and shaping business performance.
Essential Requirements: ACA-qualified accountant (or equivalent) with several years post-qualification experience.
Strong technical accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of Irish tax and compliance.
Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
Collaborative, resilient, and agile, with a growth mindset and strong business curiosity.
High level of ownership, drive, and results orientation.
ERP Oracle experience is an advantage.
