This role combines hands-on retail sales with lighting design and project coordination, making it ideal for someone with interior design experience who enjoys working directly with clients in a busy showroom environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day showroom sales and customer serviceAdvising clients on decorative and architectural lighting solutionsPreparing lighting layouts and plans for residential and commercial projectsWorking closely with architects, consulting engineers, interior designers, and design practicesLiaising directly with clients from initial consultation through to order completionManaging customer orders, quotations, and follow-upsSupporting project coordination alongside internal and external stakeholdersEssential RequirementsPrevious retail experience, ideally within lighting, interiors, kitchens, or bathroomsBackground or qualification in Interior Design (or strong practical experience)Confident dealing with customers face-to-face on a daily basisExperience producing or interpreting lighting plansComfortable working with architects, engineers, and design professionalsStrong communication, organisation, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple client projects at onceDesirable (but not essential)Experience with lighting design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Dialux, similar)Knowledge of decorative, architectural, and technical lighting productsExperience in a design-led or premium retail environmentWhat We OfferA key role within a growing, design-focused businessExposure to high-end residential and commercial projectsSupportive team environment with scope for developmentCompetitive salary, based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: €27,000.00-€36,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingSick payLicence/Certification:B Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In person
