Minimum of 5 years experience in the fresh produce industry HACCP Level 3 is essential BRCGS Version 9 experience Experience in Food Safety audits Key Behaviours /Abilities Abilitytoworkonyourowninitiative,workindependentlyandhavetheabilitytoworkunderpressure. Excellentcommunication/verbal/writtenskills Excellent attention to detail in relation to quality and traceability Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Flexible to the needs of the business
