The successful candidates will play a fundamental role in providing excellent customer service, supervision, and supporting the relevant department.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervision and Support of Sales Staff
* Efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries
* Maintaining accurate records of sales, client interactions, and other relevant activities
* Effective communication with suppliers regarding product sourcing and delivery
* Liaising with External Sales Representatives to ensure accurate and efficient customer quotes and orders
Essential Criteria
* Basic knowledge of Heating and Plumbing Products or Heavy Building Materials
* Experience with Microsoft Office and an accounts computerised system (advantageous)
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Experience meeting deadlines
* Self-motivated, able to work independently
* Excellent attention to detail
