Head of Undergraduate - CAO Recruitment

Purpose of Position
Manage student recruitment for all full‑time undergraduate programmes via the Central Applications Office (CAO). Lead a School Liaison team, design promotional activity for second‑level schools, and build relationships with school guidance counsellors, teachers, and further education colleges.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the School Liaison team.
* Develop and update a strategic plan for school recruitment to maximise undergraduate applications.
* Target schools and colleges analytically to achieve recruitment goals.
* Visit schools and further education institutes for presentations, education fairs, and parent evenings; travel primarily within Dublin and attend evening events.
* Oversee marketing programmes for the CAO market, such as open days, guidance counsellor events, revision sessions, and campus tours.
* Coordinate with marketing, faculty, and admissions to present NCI programmes and recruit students from further education colleges.
* Report to the Marketing Director, providing market insights and suggesting programme enhancements.
* Assist with part‑time student recruitment during peak periods, such as summer.
Key Attributes / Qualifications
* Relevant third‑level qualification.
* Significant experience in undergraduate/CAO recruitment.
* Sales or sales‑management experience in education.
* Target‑driven, self‑starter.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel for school visits.
Benefits & Working Conditions
Salary: €53,836 – €75,508 (Manager Band). Permanent full‑time position. 27 days annual leave.
