Matrix Recruitment is recruiting for a Construction Estimator on behalf of our client, a leading international company based in SouthTipperary.
Permanent role | Hybrid working – 4 days WFH, 1 day onsite
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estimating, quantity surveying, or construction take-off experience to join a well-established global business within their growing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Review construction drawings and project information
Measure drawings and complete quantity take-offs
Prepare project costings and client quotes
Work closely with design, procurement, and commercial teams
Manage Excel spreadsheets and pricing documents
What You Need:
Experience in Estimating or QS with 2-3 yrs postgrad experience.
Strong Excel & numerical skills
Ability to read construction drawings
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Exposure to light gauge steel, offsite, or modular construction would be a strong advantage.
