Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Translation Engineering Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the translation of early-stage materials and device technologies from proof-of-concept to pre-production readiness.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a PhD in a science or engineering discipline, typically 6 years' experience in semiconductor R&D, and a proven track record of transitioning technologies from lab-scale to pre-production stage. You will also need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
