Job TitleProduct Manager – AI & Digital Solutions (Orthopaedics Supply Chain)Job DetailsJob function: Technology Product & Platform Management.Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom | Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior stakeholders to create the vision and articulate short and long‑term product strategy for the portfolio.Develop business cases and financial plans for accountable portfolios.Work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute solutions on time, within cost, and meeting business and quality standards.Drive lifecycle decisions by evaluating trade‑offs balancing customer experience, strategic value, cost, and timelines.Execute lifecycle plans following established standards and support change management.Establish and track key performance metrics across platforms.Maintain the product portfolio database/tools for accurate status, financials, and resourcing information.Communicate product execution timelines and performance with customers and stakeholders.Partner with customers on change management plans to ensure adoption.Support recruiting, development, and training for the product team.Support the Scrum Master in identifying and resolving project issues, managing risks, and ensuring delivery within budget.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Math, Economics, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field); advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience.Work experience in supply chain or software development with leadership delivering digital/software products.Demonstrated experience in Agile environments applying Scrum principles.Ability to set and deliver strategy with full accountability.Strong facilitation, customer obsession, and decision‑making skills.Ability to influence without direct authority and communicate across functions.Financial planning and budget management experience.Thrives in ambiguous, changing priorities.Preferred: familiarity with end‑to‑end supply chain domains, tools like Jira and Confluence, AI concepts, Scrum certifications, UX/UI design experience, vendor management, and software development background.Additional InformationTravel: May require up to 20% domestic or international travel.Compensation: Ireland – EUR 70,100 – 140,300; United Kingdom – EUR 56,400 – 112,800.EEO StatementJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
