RELIEF CHEF
Excel Recruitment is looking for an experienced chef willing to work in various locations all over Dublin. If you would like to gain a variety of experience while maintaining a flexible schedule, we would love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities for this position:
1. Assist head chef in preparation and plating of dishes
2. Make desserts when required
3. Follow all HACCP procedures
4. Keep an organised and tidy workspace
5. Manage stock and maintain correct levels within your section
Requirements for Chef:
6. At least 4 years of experience working as a chef de partie or sous chef
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills
8. Must have a Manual Handling and HACCP certs (or willing to do training)
9. Good time management within a fast-paced workplace
10. Legally able to work within Ireland
11. Ability to drive is a bonus
