Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator Role
The Facilities Helpdesk is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the helpdesk function within facilities management. This role ensures that all facility-related service requests are logged, tracked, and addressed in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as primary point of contact for facility-related service requests via phone, email, and online portal.
* Log, track and prioritize incoming service requests in the helpdesk system to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
* Provide updates on open request status to employees and management.
