Accounts Payable Administrator Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The role of the Accounts Payable Administrator will be to provide administrative support to the finance team by managing accounts payable, processing invoices, and reconciling supplier statements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and process invoices
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Prepare and allocate supplier payments
* Investigate incorrect invoices
* Prepare monthly aged creditor report
* Bank reconciliations
* Interco reconciliations
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years experience working in a similar role
2. Good communication skills & fluent in English (both spoken & written)
3. Pride in their quality and presentation work
4. Good organization skills - fast, flexible with an eye for detail
5. Ability to work in a team environment whilst also being proactive & able to work independently
