24/7 team – Must be WILLING to work on rotation shifts
Must be willing to come to office, it is an onsite role / hybrid but need to be available to attend when needed at short notice

Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve escalated platform performance and availability issues.
Analyze and troubleshoot database and system performance problems.
Read and interpret code from various programming languages and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
Escalate critical issues promptly and mentor junior support staff.
Participate in 24/7 shift rotations to ensure platform stability and support.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, platform performance, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle.
Experience with Linux / Unix
Hands‑on experience with web application components, APIs (SOAP, REST), and networking.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with high‑value clients.
Willingness to work shifts, attend onsite as needed, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
