We are looking for an experienced administrator to manage our site and support our leadership team. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site) based at our Regional HQ in Citywest, Dublin.
Position Details:
* 12-month full-time fixed-term contract with a view to permanent employment.
The Role
* Support the site administration manager and wireless team administrator.
* Assist other teams with ad hoc support as needed.
* Coordinate with onsite functions to host external visitors (agenda planning, visitor badges, etc.).
* Manage room bookings via Outlook calendar.
* Create facilities requests in Archibus.
* Prepare visa letters and other documents.
* Assist with PowerPoint presentations for events (Townhalls, VIP visits, etc.).
* Support on-site events, including logistics and setup.
* Handle purchasing requisitions for supplies.
* Coordinate with administrators and EAs at other AMD locations.
* Set up board rooms (name tags, swag, etc.).
* Order catering and coordinate facilities and IT support for events.
* Support activities like manning registration desks and microphone during All Hands meetings.
* File documents, schedule meetings, share and follow up on action items.
Requirements
Essential
* Previous administrative or office support experience.
* Good communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
Desirable
* Knowledge of SAP and Concur Expense Management.
