HVAC Service Selling Tech - Sign-on Bonus! Moore Mechanical
Are you a strong communicator with technical skills and a passion for helping customers? We’re looking for aService Selling Technicianwho is equal parts HVAC expert and trusted advisor. This is a high-impact, high-earning role for someone who thrives on diagnosing system issues, educating homeowners, anddriving equipment replacement opportunities—either by turning over qualified leads to our Hone Comfort Sales Advisors or by closing the sale directly.
You’ll play a critical role in maximizing value for both the customer and the company by recommending the right solution at the right time. If you’re motivated by commission, customer satisfaction, and real growth potential—this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver expert HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential systems.
* Educate customers on system conditions and guide them through repair or replacement decisions.
* Identify and generate qualified leads for full system replacements.
* Sell replacement systems directly when appropriate or turn over leads to our Home Comfort Advisors for close.
* Sell and perform large-ticket repairs when it’s the right solution for the customer.
* Utilize tools like Rilla and CRM systems to review call performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
* Provide 5-star customer service and build lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism.
