 
        JOB DETAILSDrinks Ireland represents beer, cider, Irish Whiskey, spirits and wine manufacturers, brand owners and distributors on the island of Ireland and is a sector trade association within Ibec. This a maternity cover role available on a specified purpose contract. The successful person will maximise engagement and influence by playing a lead role in the development and execution of stakeholder mapping and measure campaigning achievements. They will have strong capability at campaigning, understand what it takes to achieve real change and be charged with execution.The person will work effectively across Drinks Ireland membership, have excellent relationships with stakeholders, understand the opportunities and threats presented externally and ensure the strategy implementation is aligned and adaptable. The closing date for applications is 5pm on 10th November.ABOUT THE ROLECampaign management, communications, public affairs and media:Through developing and managing a perma-campaign approach:Build positive industry reputation with key audiencesWork proactively and effectively with the Drinks Ireland team to ensure consistency and synergy across current and new Drinks Ireland initiativesDemonstrate long-term ambition for the sectorDemonstrate innovation in the activities and tactics that will achieve the goalsTranslate thematic objectives for the sector into deliverable campaigns which engage business and influence key stakeholdersSystematically use technology and communications strategies to achieve communications objectivesDeliver co-ordinated campaign strategies and workplans for each thematic areaProvide insight and support on campaign strategy and tactics in the context of external developmentsMeasure and track the impact of Drinks Ireland campaignsLeverage existing structures and networks to deliver campaign prioritiesSeek opportunities to collaborate with other organisationsCreate engaging campaign content and messaging customised for different audiencesDesign and deliver superb communication plans for each campaign.Member relations:Build and maintain relationships on behalf of Drinks Ireland with members, prospective members and key stakeholdersEngage members so they are fully invested in campaignsFinancial management and income generation as identified by the Director of Drinks Ireland;Manage budgets as directed.Work towards the delivery of Ibec's strategy as identified by the Director of Drinks Ireland;Work collaboratively through an integrated service delivery framework, where appropriate;Work collaboratively in delivering general account management, where appropriate;Work collaboratively across the organisation on initiatives and projects, where appropriate.NOTE: This list is not exhaustive but serves to reflect the nature of the duties included in the role.
