Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The successful candidate will assist the Respite Service Manager in ensuring quality person-centered care in compliance with HIQA standards. This will involve managing respite locations and developing individual personal plans to promote effective service delivery.
* Assist the Respite Service Manager in managing respite locations, ensuring quality care in accordance with HIQA standards.
* Develop individual personal plans to ensure effective service delivery and promote quality assurance within your location.
* Build relationships with families and agencies while upholding values of excellence.
* QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies or equivalent.
* A minimum of 1 year's experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills.
* Leadership experience and ability to make sound judgments based on current legislation and best practice.
