Quality Control Compliance SpecialistThe Quality Control Compliance Specialist will work as part of a dynamic and highly skilled team focused on maintaining GMP quality compliance and ensuring continuous audit readiness. The successful candidate will support core objectives across safety, quality, supply, and cost, while collaborating closely with cross-functional and cross-site partners.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support projects and initiatives to identify and implement improvements in quality and compliance standards.Implement, monitor, maintain, and enhance Quality Compliance systems and processes.Support the rollout of site-wide quality initiatives.Guide departmental teams and partner functions on documentation, compliance issues, and system requirements.Proactively ensure the timely delivery of high-quality records, investigations, and associated actions.Monitor key metrics and trends to enhance compliance and meet internal and external audit expectations.Lead and support quality investigations, ensuring on-time closure and effective action plans.Complete documentation updates related to change controls, manufacturing, and cleaning processes in line with regulatory and quality standards.Drive continuous improvement of systems that support compliance, including document lifecycle management, training practices, SOP enhancements, and process flows.Lead compliance inspections and audits, generate relevant metrics, and trend quality data.Oversee compliance with data integrity and ALCOA principles.Support documentation practices related to equipment validation, commissioning, SOP management, and training activities.Provide technical guidance on IT compliance and documentation systems.Collaborate with Quality Control SMEs to strengthen audit readiness and execution.Basic Qualifications:BSc in a science-related discipline (Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience .Skills, Knowledge & Experience:Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation practices.Knowledge of GMP and applicable GxP regulations (highly desirable).Experience with quality management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Previous experience in a Quality Control laboratory environment is an advantage.Additional Details:Location: LimerickWork Model: Hybrid (4 days on-site)Contract: Initial contract role
