In-house Sales Agent We are working with a FMCG company in Dublin and we are looking for an in-house sales agent to join our friendly sales team. This is a full time, permanent position. This is a Monday to Friday. Duties and responsibilities: Managing in-house accounts (circa 200-300 customers), assisting field reps with key accounts to increase sales. Electronic Data Input - Ensuring all orders are accurately processed on time. Upselling products both on the phone and through email with our customers and dealing with regular customer pricing. Assisting, revolving, and managing customer inquiries and liaising with other departments. Maintaining customer databases and other ad hoc administrative duties. Required skills & Experiences: Articulate with a friendly telephone manner. Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English. Strong attention to details and multitasking abilities. At least 2 years' experience in sales and customer service in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry (not essential but desirable). Self-motivated and likes working in a team. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
