Overview
Join to apply for the Charge Nurse role at NHS Ayrshire & Arran. Hay Lodge Community Hospital is a nurse-led unit providing a 24-hour inpatient service predominately for older people. We offer rehabilitation, palliative and end of life care for people in the local community.
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable person who would like to be part of a friendly and supportive team with an ethos of continuous improvement. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and will be responsible for working with other health professionals within the team, patients and families to lead on and coordinate complex discharges. This is a supportive role to the Senior Charge Nurse position, assisting in ensuring the safe and effective running of the ward on a day-to-day basis.
