HR Business Partner

4. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance and efficient processes.
5. Design training programs to support employee development and enhance workforce capabilities.
Requirements:
* 4+ years' experience in HR, preferably within fast-paced industries or sectors undergoing significant growth.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce planning principles.
* Proven expertise in HR operations, learning & development, and talent management strategies.
