We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate creation, maintenance, and technical approval of all visual content, in line with regulatory implementation timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the creation of visual content briefs and completion of Machine Compatibility Technical Reviews;
* Liaising with internal stakeholders, including artwork contractors, quality organizations, and global teams;
* Managing visual content implementation activities aligned with regulatory timelines and change control processes;
This is an onsite based role, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in Purchasing, Materials Management, Business, or a Science-related field, and relevant experience combined with the right attitude and behaviors.
The Visual Content Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Ensuring strict adherence to site policies/procedures, cGMP, and environmental, health and safety regulations;
* Executing responsibilities in line with Right First Time principles;
* Ensuring resolution of and/or appropriate escalation of issues;
For this role, we require:
* A minimum 2 years' experience in Manufacturing Planning / Supply Chain / Logistics;
* Related work experience in Pharma industry an advantage;
* Understanding of Regulatory requirements for Pharma industry;
* Attention to detail, accuracy in record keeping and documentation;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications;
* Good working knowledge of artworks and Adobe Suite applications;
* Clear communicator and solution orientated;
* Ability to identify and gather information necessary for effective decision-making;
* Ability to effectively prioritise and handle multiple tasks;
* Ability to coordinate project work as part of a team;
