PE Global are delighted to be working with a tier 1 contractor and we are seeking a reliable and organised Site Administrator to join their team on a major construction/infrastructure project in Cork, Ireland. As a Site Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting site operations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between site teams and head office functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the project team and site management.
* Maintain and update site records including inductions, permits, timesheets, deliveries, and contractor documentation.
* Coordinate site communications, meetings, and reporting requirements.
* Ensure compliance with document control processes and systems.
* Assist with onboarding of staff and subcontractors, including site access and inductions.
* Liaise with internal departments including HR, procurement, and health & safety to ensure site needs are met.
* Support day-to-day operations with general office duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and correspondence.
* Track and report on project administration KPIs and deadlines.
* Manage inventory of office supplies and site stationery.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a site administration, project coordination, or office support role (construction or engineering sector preferred).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Familiarity with project management or document control software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar) is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
* Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
* Previous Administrative experience is essential, minimum 2 years of experience.
