Job Description
My client, a reputable company in Cork, is looking to recruit an Accountant on a part time basis. The role reports directly to the MD and can be worked on a fully remote or hybrid basis.
Role of this position
1. All areas of accounts preparation group companies to trial balance / management accounts review stage
2. Preparation of annual files for external auditors and dealing with queries
3. Preparation of all VAT tax returns
4. Payroll calculations
5. Assisting Director on special assignments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
6. Qualified Accountant - ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA
7. 2 Years Accounts Preparation and direct Taxation
8. Experience working with Xero an advantage
9. The ability to meet strict deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
