Job Description
As a Maintenance Shift Technician, you will be responsible for the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs on a Pharmaceutical site. Your work will involve troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, as well as assisting in the update of Utilities Standard Operating Procedures.
You will be required to work a shift rota as needed, including mornings from Monday to Friday and evenings from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, you will work an evening shift. The role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to accurately document work performed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Work Order systems. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.

Senior Trades qualifications or equivalent in Mechanical engineering are essential for this role. The successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate hands-on experience with detailed knowledge/skill in areas such as troubleshooting/repair of mechanical systems, team player, attention to detail, methodical & analytical approach to work, good problem-solving and trouble-shooting ability.
