* The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all building services activities between the construction team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project delivery.
* They will manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services, working closely with consultants and contractors.
* Key responsibilities include chairing meetings, liaising with stakeholders, and resolving technical issues.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* A third-level qualification or trade qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Proven experience in management, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.
* Candidates from consultancy, building contractor, or M&E Contractor backgrounds are welcome to apply.
