The Role: Commercial Manager
Our client, a leading market player, is recruiting a skilled Commercial Manager to oversee its commercial activities in Ireland and drive local operations forward.
This position reports to the General manager and plays a crucial role in shaping the company's commercial roadmap and ensuring its successful execution.
The ideal candidate will lead customer project delivery, develop commercial strategies, and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Working closely with teams across marketing, sales, operations, logistics, and purchasing, they will ensure strong commercial performance and maintain robust governance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shape, Refine, and Execute Commercial Strategies: Develop and implement commercial strategies that support the company's long-term growth plans.
* Oversee Commercial Delivery for Customer Projects: Ensure profitable, high-quality, and timely execution of customer projects.
* Build Strong Relationships: Foster collaboration and maintain business continuity through effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Contribute to Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective pricing, promotional planning, and customer engagement initiatives.
* Analyse KPIs and Performance Metrics: Inform decision-making and enhance operational efficiency through data analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5-8 Years' Experience: Proven experience in senior commercial or operations management roles.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong financial acumen, budget management, and ability to make data-backed decisions.
* Leadership Capability: Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
* Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
