We are working with a growing creative agency that is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to join its client services team in Dublin.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys leading client relationships, managing multiple workstreams, and helping to grow accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. The role goes beyond day-to-day project management. You will be expected to think commercially, drive work forward, and act as a trusted partner to clients while keeping internal teams aligned.
The role:
You will take ownership of key client relationships and lead the day-to-day running of accounts across multiple projects and campaigns. You will work closely with strategy, creative and production teams to ensure work is delivered to a high standard, on time and with clear direction. You will also be expected to identify opportunities for account growth, support proposals and renewals, and play a visible role in mentoring more junior team members.
Key responsibilities:
Own day-to-day relationships with key clients
Lead client calls, reviews and presentations
Manage multiple projects and workstreams at once
Translate client needs into clear internal briefs
Drive timelines and keep delivery on track
Manage feedback and maintain high standards of output
Identify opportunities to grow accounts
Support on proposals, renewals and scope expansion
Work closely with internal strategy, creative and production teams
Support and mentor junior team members
What they are looking for:
4-6 years’ experience in an agency, social, digital or creative environment
Strong client servicing and account management experience
A solid understanding of social platforms, content and performance
Confidence in leading conversations and presenting to clients
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A commercial mindset with an eye for growth opportunities
Ability to work at pace in a high-output environment
Natural leadership skills and a willingness to support junior colleagues
