The Role: Executive Search Consultant
This role combines client relationship management, business development, and senior candidate engagement. You will focus on building long-term partnerships while proactively developing new business opportunities across Ireland. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and securing retained and contingent executive search assignments
You will provide consultative advice on executive hiring strategies, deliver market insights on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends, and conduct regular client visits and service reviews. In addition, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and engaging senior-level candidates across multiple sectors, providing detailed interview preparation and career advice, and managing the offer process, including negotiations and counteroffers.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a performance-driven environment
